COFCO Coca-Cola, the Chinese bottling joint venture of COFCO and Coca-Cola, needed to modernize its siloed legacy network infrastructure to support rapid business growth and its ICT transformation strategy. Huawei implemented an enterprise private cloud platform using FusionCube converged appliances, FusionServer, OceanStor 5500 V3 storage, and FusionSphere cloud operating system. Huawei’s solution improved deployment speed by over 60%, reduced equipment room space by more than 70%, cut data center management expenses by 30%, and boosted key service performance nearly 10-fold; it also lowered server response time from 900 ms to 600 ms, reduced ERP report response time from 4,100 ms to 1,700 ms, and delivered 99.9% reliability with less than 8 hours of annual downtime.
