Banco do Brasil, the largest bank in Brazil with branches across the country and in major financial centers worldwide, was facing network performance problems across a diverse set of devices. Its recently installed VoIP service had poor quality, and the VoIP manufacturer traced the issue back to the network.
Huawei used its eSight Service Level Agreement (SLA) module to monitor the bank’s network and identify the source of the performance issues. By tracking latency, jitter, and packet loss and using eSight alarms and predefined reports, Banco do Brasil was able to troubleshoot and optimize the network, improving quality while reducing enterprise O&M costs through Huawei’s unified, multi-vendor device management.
