The customer, a provincial eGovernment services center in Jiangxi, faced challenges with information islands, low resource utilization, and weak data protection across its many departments. To accelerate its "Smart Jiangxi" initiative and consolidate services, it partnered with Huawei to implement a government cloud data center solution.

Huawei established a two-level, distributed cloud data center using its FusionSphere platform for virtualization and the ManageOne management system. This solution centralized resources and O&M, enabling on-demand allocation and concurrent data backup. The results included a 60% improvement in data exchange efficiency, a 50% boost in management efficiency, and a 30% reduction in O&M costs for the customer.
