Bank Pocztowy SA, a major commercial bank in Poland, needed a better way to support communication across nearly 300 branch organizations and with employees on the move. Its existing reliance on phones, email, and frequent business travel was hurting efficiency, increasing costs, and making it harder for staff to help customers quickly. Huawei was selected to provide a new videoconferencing system to address these challenges.

Huawei implemented an HD video collaboration solution with TE40 endpoints, TE Desktop and TE Mobile soft clients, SMC2.0, Switch Center, and MCUs/VP9630 MCU to connect branches, offices, and mobile staff. The system enabled face-to-face communication from the office, home, or on the road, with HD content sharing and easy expansion through additional licenses. Since going live in January 2015, Bank Pocztowy SA reported improved communication efficiency and stronger business competitiveness, and later decided to expand the system further.
