Hotel Jungfrau, a family hotel in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, needed to quickly upgrade its weak and incomplete Wi‑Fi coverage to stay competitive with modern guest expectations. The hotel had no Wi‑Fi in its 20 guest rooms or key shared areas, and its existing wired network infrastructure could not support a full rollout, creating both cost and deployment challenges.

Huawei assessed the property and implemented a wireless bridge solution using Huawei AC6005 Root Access Points, along with AP6010DN Repeater Access Points and Leaf Access Points to extend coverage across the hotel’s four floors. Huawei completed the installation in just one day, avoiding major disruption and delivering cost-effective, hotel-wide Wi‑Fi that improved guest satisfaction and helped attract more business.
