The Government of Ryazan, facing communication problems across a large and geographically dispersed regional administration, needed a better way to connect 31 agencies and numerous sub-regions. Huawei provided an HD video conferencing platform to help address slow internal information flow, low productivity, and rising operating costs.

Huawei implemented a videoconferencing system across 66 meeting places in the region, using 2 VP9620 Multi-point Control Units and 66 VP9030 HD endpoints. The solution improved collaboration and information sharing, helped the government work more efficiently, reduced operating costs, and strengthened its ability to respond to public emergencies.
