Golden Tax Project Steps Up Efficiency

China State Administration of Taxation (SAT) needed to upgrade its Golden Tax Project Phase 3 with a security management platform that could handle growing taxpayer volumes and increasingly complex operations. The organization required high computing performance, strong security protection, and reliable service continuity to improve tax administration efficiency while reducing costs and supporting compliance. Huawei was selected to help meet these needs.

Huawei deployed 8-socket RH5885 V2 rack servers at eight pilot sites, including Beijing headquarters, a Guangzhou disaster recovery data center, and six provincial revenue bureaus, creating a centralized cloud-based platform. The solution delivered high performance, strong reliability, and broad compatibility with Huawei software and infrastructure, while also reducing O&M costs through ManagerOne. As a result, SAT gained a more efficient, scalable, secure, and reliable tax system platform with improved serviceability and centralized management.
