Haier, a global home appliance leader, wanted to mobilize its business so executives and staff could access internal systems anywhere, anytime. The company needed a centrally managed mobile application platform to support secure email, calendars, CRM, sales tools, and customer service while reducing maintenance complexity, device inconsistency, and security risks. Huawei was the vendor supporting this mobile office initiative with a BYOD-capable mobility solution.

Huawei implemented a secure mobile working platform for Haier using Huawei AnyOffice, sandboxing, SDK integration, application-level VPN, and mobile secure access management. The solution unified device, network, and application security so employees could work safely from smart devices while protecting corporate data. As a result, about 100 senior managers improved their work efficiency by roughly 45 minutes per day, and Haier gained centralized information security management that also lowered IT maintenance effort and operating costs.
