Agricultural Bank of China worked with Huawei to support China’s Golden Tax Project Phase 3, where the State Administration of Taxation needed a high-performance, secure, and highly reliable security management platform. The challenge was to handle growing taxpayer volumes and more complex enterprise operations while ensuring strong protection across physical, network, host, application, and data layers.

Huawei deployed 8-socket RH5885 V2 rack servers at eight pilot sites, including Beijing headquarters, a redundant Guangzhou data center, and six provincial bureaus. The solution delivered a centralized, all-in-one platform with strong reliability, scalability, and security, supported by Huawei’s virtualization and ManagerOne management software. Huawei reported industry-leading performance, including 12 SPEC CPU2006 world records and 1M IOPS Hyper-V performance, while also reducing O&M costs and improving efficiency through centralized management.
