Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, which anchors a fast-growing regional aviation hub and logistics park in southwest China, needed resilient, secure, and flexible storage infrastructure to support air freight operations, 24/7 application access, real-time backup, disaster recovery, and seamless scaling over the next 5 to 10 years. The airport evaluated multiple vendors and chose Huawei, using OceanStor V3 Converged Storage Systems to meet its performance, availability, and data protection requirements.

Huawei implemented OceanStor 5600 V3 storage with an SNS2124 Fibre Channel switch, including a second system for local backup and recovery and a later phase for remote DR. The solution delivered over 10,000 IOPS, support for more than 1,000 disks, zero RPO backup, and transparent expansion without disrupting users.
