Delta Holding launches Ananas MVP in under 9 months with HTEC Group

Delta Holding, a major Serbian holding company, sought to build the largest eCommerce platform in the Balkans, a regional equivalent to Amazon. They partnered with HTEC Group to gain the technical expertise required to turn this vision into a reality, moving from a business plan created with Boston Consulting Group to a full-fledged digital product build.

HTEC Group served as both a technology advisor and enabler, building the Ananas platform from the ground up. The solution was developed using React, Java Spring Boot, and GraphQL on AWS infrastructure. The MVP was launched in under nine months, featuring over 100,000 products, next-day delivery, and a unique user experience. The successful implementation established a new eCommerce standard for the region and positioned HTEC as a strategic partner for Delta Holding's continued expansion.
