ConAgra Foods, a leading North American food company with more than 23,000 employees, needed a better way to deliver required safety and visitor awareness training. Its old safety manual was long, monotonous, and not very engaging, making it difficult for employees and visitors to retain critical safety information. HSI, working as the vendor for the case study, helped address this challenge by rethinking the training experience.
HSI converted the manual into two custom online safety courses: one for employee office safety and one for visitor safety awareness. Using condensed content, short films, interactive graphics, synchronized audio, and interactive activities, HSI created a more conversational and memorable training program. The result was a shorter, more efficient training experience that improved engagement, increased productivity through time savings, and strengthened ConAgra Foods’ brand awareness while supporting safety performance.
