Supporting a Legacy of Safety at Hershey

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, a large hospitality and food service operator with more than two dozen properties in Hershey, Pennsylvania, needed effective, consistent safety training across a wide range of roles and seasonal staff. To support that need, HSI provided hospitality and food service safety training through its online courseware and custom interface, helping address the limits of generic training content.

HSI developed 13 industry-specific courses covering topics such as guest service, safe pool operation, golf course maintenance, and lost child protocols, and worked with Hershey to ensure the courses functioned properly in its CertPoint LMS. With HSI’s support team collaborating through implementation, the training was successfully deployed, improved for performance, and aligned with Hershey’s brand and operational needs.
