The result was a stronger, more proactive safety culture, with TRIR dropping to world-class levels and near-miss reporting increasing to two to three times previous levels. HSI also helped Sabert centralize workers’ compensation and injury claims information, reduce incurred claims costs, and drive higher employee engagement and safety ownership across the organization.
