DH Pace Company, a national commercial and residential door and dock provider with ~3,300 employees across 60 locations, was struggling to scale its safety and compliance programs as it rapidly grew its workforce, fleet and client complexity. HSI delivered a single, integrated “safety center” (API-integrated into DH Pace Company’s systems) to manage audits, checklists, claims, fleet management, driver qualification files, training and more, with dashboards for all 3,000+ users. The changes produced measurable impact: TRIR fell from 4.8 to 1.46, inspections/citations and fines were reduced, oversight of 1,700 vehicles improved, administrative burden decreased, and DH Pace Company became more competitive for large contracts.
