Keurig Dr Pepper faced a challenge after acquiring numerous distributors and bottlers: a geographically dispersed workforce with inconsistent standards that created liability and operational risks. To quickly establish company-wide practices for everything from customer interactions to production and recordkeeping, Keurig Dr Pepper turned to HSI and its menu of eLearning courseware, combining off-the-shelf and custom content to accelerate rollout.
HSI developed a mix of customizable off‑the‑shelf videos and fully custom short-form training, applying scripted content and award-winning instructional design to produce over 14 hours of material in two years. The 8–10 minute videos—viewable on desktops, tablets, and phones—delivered high employee participation, measurable behavior change, and a more unified culture while supporting KDP’s KPIs and reducing the burden of in‑house content creation. HSI’s solution enabled faster, consistent training across the organization.
