ISS Facility Services, a global provider of facility management, cleaning, support, catering, and security services, needed a way to deliver effective hospitality safety training to employees around the world. With operations across many countries, the company faced challenges related to regional differences in laws, language, and culture, and needed a solution that supported both mandatory training and voluntary professional development.

HSI addressed this by creating more than 50 international courses, 55 Canada-based courses, and a growing library of translated content in languages such as Spanish, French, and Mandarin, all delivered through a custom-branded interface for ISS. Using HSI’s cloud-based, enterprise-level learning management system, ISS could assign, deliver, and track training for individuals and groups across online and offline settings, improving global training management and helping reduce injuries while empowering employees.
