Complete Mechanical Services (CMS), an industrial general contractor headquartered in Cincinnati with roughly 125 employees and nationwide job sites, faced an urgent safety and training problem: a subscription-based, single-login training system that made it nearly impossible to track individual assignments, completions, or safety statistics. With customers raising prequalification and on-site safety requirements and CMS still using paper incident logs, the company needed a user-friendly, mobile-accessible training platform and a digital EHS management system. As a result, CMS saw TRIR fall from 3.9 to below 1.5 (2019–2022), a rise in safety observations and near‑miss reports, faster onboarding and compliance tracking, and improved ability to win larger, safety-conscious clients.
