Conway Corporation, a utility and telecommunications provider in Conway, Arkansas, faced widely varied training needs across a diverse workforce—from hourly customer service staff to linemen and water/wastewater plant workers. HSI’s solution paired brief e-learning modules with instructor-led workshops and mobile access (iPads), expanding from a customer service pilot to company-wide use.
