Conway Corporation, a utility and telecommunications provider in Conway, Arkansas, faced widely varied training needs across a diverse workforce—from hourly customer service staff to linemen and water/wastewater plant workers. HSI’s solution paired brief e-learning modules with instructor-led workshops and mobile access (iPads), expanding from a customer service pilot to company-wide use. The impact was measurable: unique users grew from 34 to 140 and completed courses rose from 382 to 1,670 year-over-year, alongside improved customer service outcomes, higher self-directed learning participation, and broader L&D adoption at Conway Corporation.
