Burke Distributing, a Boston-based beverage distributor, faced a nearly nonexistent training program and needed to build onboarding, department-specific training, and competency-linked development while enabling on-the-road employees to participate. The company engaged HSI and its beverage-focused offerings (including HSI’s Beer Campus and Thinkzoom-powered Burke University) to provide a mobile-ready LMS and content library that fit their industry needs.
HSI delivered a fast implementation (live in December 2017 ahead of a January company-wide rollout) that combined microlearning, blended instruction, and competency-specific learning paths, allowing salespeople to train via iPads and managers to consolidate reporting.
