Brewer Science, a global technology leader in materials development and manufacturing, faced low training completion and inconsistent, outdated content across a dispersed workforce. Amy Skyles was tasked with revamping orientation and overall learning outcomes and chose a microlearning strategy built around HSI’s targeted microlearning training videos to avoid long, burdensome courses and the technology headaches of their previous provider.

HSI delivered short, consistently packaged microlearning courses that were regularly updated and easy to integrate into blended-learning sessions, allowing employees to meet objectives faster and with fewer technical issues. As a result of HSI’s solution, Brewer Science saw far fewer complaints, freed the L&D team to expand offerings, and even quadrupled training engagement during Mental Health Awareness Week while improving overall training efficiency.
