The customer, KLH, a global leader in CLT supply, leveraged hsbcad's hsbDesign for AutoCAD solution to address the complex modeling and precise fabrication requirements for The Ascent, the world's tallest timber hybrid building. The challenge was to ensure construction accuracy for the project's 19 stories of mass timber, which required detailed single-piece drawings and optimized logistics for the massive CLT components.

The solution enabled precise modeling of the entire CLT scope, the creation of detailed fabrication drawings, and the generation of transport loading diagrams that optimized logistics.
