The customer, Offsite, partnered with the vendor hsbcad to address the challenge of efficiently designing and manufacturing 17 modern, two-storey timber frame homes at the Calleya Estate. The project required an affordable and energy-efficient design solution that could be adapted with minor modifications for each unit to ensure a quality product and streamline the factory process.

hsbcad provided its software, which enabled Offsite to create efficient models for all the housing units with minimal design time. The tools used, including hsbCAD, ClientCNC, FloorElement, and RoofElement, allowed for quick modifications between units, optimizing the manufacturing workflow. This solution resulted in a faster overall process and the delivery of a high-quality final product for the development.
