HROnboard wins 7-Eleven Supplier Award for Innovation

HROnboard, an ELMO company, was recognised with 7‑Eleven Australia’s 2018 Supplier Award for Innovation after tackling the retailer’s challenge of delivering a consistent, compliant and memorable onboarding experience across 694 franchise and corporate stores and head office teams. Faced with a decentralised structure and rising compliance pressures, 7‑Eleven needed a simpler, more efficient way to manage offers, inductions and exits.

HROnboard rolled out its employee onboarding software nationwide within six months, standardising processes and embedding 7‑Eleven’s values into the design. Since August 2018 the rollout has supported nearly 3,000 hires, saved about 80,000 pieces of paper and reduced onboarding time from up to three weeks to a maximum of 48 hours, while winning recognition for innovation.
