HRComputes worked with the alumni association to address its challenge of needing to increase awareness of gender equality issues and develop a better understanding of the Me Too movement.

The solution from HRComputes was to deliver a seminar entitled “Female Empowerment Drives Organizational Success,” which focused on SDG#5 and covered unconscious bias and structural barriers. As a result, many members reported that the seminar was eye-opening and that they appreciated the practical tools and techniques provided to help improve outcomes.
