Payroll Systems Strategy & Evaluation for North America Division of Global Manufacturer

Global Manufacturing Company, a North American division with more than 5,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada, needed to rethink its payroll setup after growth through acquisition left it using both ADP and Ceridian. The company also had to align with global SAP and talent management systems managed by headquarters in Europe, and it turned to HRchitect for payroll strategy and vendor evaluation.

HRchitect developed the North American payroll strategy, ran a discovery phase, and created the RFP and vendor shortlist to guide selection of a cloud-based payroll system. As a result, Global Manufacturing Company selected a new payroll vendor for North America, and HRchitect was retained for change management, payroll support, and technical implementation, extending the engagement beyond the initial strategy work.
