A HRchitect Case Study

Preview of the Mid-sized European Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Case Study

Mid-sized European Pharmaceutical Manufacturer unifies HR across 4 countries and 2,000 employees with HRchitect

HRchitect worked with a mid-sized European pharmaceutical manufacturer facing significant operational fragmentation after a period of rapid growth through mergers and acquisitions. The client had disparate HR solutions and processes across its four European countries, creating inconsistencies and hindering scalability. HRchitect was engaged to help the company transition to a centralized HCM solution that would streamline processes and ensure country-specific compliance.

HRchitect managed the evaluation process, defining global requirements and recommending a shortlist of HCM vendors. Following due diligence, HRchitect also facilitated a separate evaluation for global payroll. The client selected a new global HCM solution to standardize operations, and HRchitect provided expert guidance on contract review and implementation scoping. While final execution is temporarily on hold, the strategic foundation is set for a successful digital transformation.
