HRchitect was engaged by a bus manufacturing organization to address its HR technology challenges. The client, which had been using Ultimate Software's UltiPro alongside other disparate systems, was struggling with extremely high manufacturing employee turnover, a lack of recruiting automation, and inefficient time and attendance processes, which consumed a massive amount of the HR team's administrative time.
Following a thorough evaluation and selection process managed by HRchitect, the client chose to expand its use of the Ultimate Software platform by implementing new UltiPro modules for Talent Acquisition and Time & Attendance. This single full-suite solution was selected to avoid the higher cost of standalone systems and to keep all employee data in one place.
