HRchitect worked with Growing Credit Union, a California-based organization that was expanding rapidly from 500 to 800 employees through acquisitions, to build an HCM technology strategy and assess its patchwork of systems. The credit union was relying on multiple point solutions, including ADP Workforce Now, c-Factor Vibe, iCIMS, Skillsoft, Epicor (iVantage), and Excel-based compensation processes, creating a need for a more integrated end-to-end experience for HR, managers, and employees.

HRchitect led the discovery and vendor evaluation process, ran the RFP, guided demonstrations, and supported due diligence. The credit union kept its recruiting and learning tools, selected a new vendor for payroll, HR, performance, and compensation management, and is now implementing the solution with HRchitect’s help on a global change management plan, positioning the organization to better support continued growth.
