A fast-casual restaurant group sought to replace its legacy HR and payroll systems, which were hampered by clunky integrations and high upkeep. The company partnered with HRchitect to implement Ultimate Software's UltiPro as its new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), aiming to streamline its operations and meet all of its HR needs more effectively.

HRchitect implemented UltiPro using a phased approach, beginning with the core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules to address the most pressing issues. A second phase added Onboarding, Benefits, Learning, and Performance Management. The solution included complex configurations for a mobile workforce and custom APIs for data integration. The results for the client were substantial, drastically decreasing time spent on payroll processing, eliminating manual file manipulation, and allowing the HR department to focus on more strategic initiatives.
