Sorø Municipality supports 650 care workers with HR-ON Wellbeing

Sorø Municipality faced a challenge with high stress and burnout among its social and healthcare workers, exacerbated by staff shortages in the eldercare sector. To address the low well-being of its employees, the municipality partnered with the vendor HR-ON and implemented its solution, HR-ON Wellbeing.

The solution from HR-ON involved an app that sends anonymous well-being questionnaires to employees every 14 days, with the option for external psychologist calls. This gave management valuable overall insights into departmental well-being, enabling proactive conversations. As a result, the municipality gained a tool for early stress detection and saw positive employee feedback, with one worker crediting the app with helping her through a difficult time. Sorø Municipality's efforts were recognized with a nomination for the Working Environment Award in 2019.
