To identify individual strengths and suitable next steps, HR Diagnostics implemented occupational profiling through a comprehensive, several-hour assessment. The resulting personal profiles were matched against occupational profiles to recommend fitting jobs for employees or suitable candidates for open positions. This helped the company make faster, better-informed placement decisions, though the case study does not provide a specific quantitative impact.
