Due to tariff and labor agreement requirements, the company needed to create an employment company with continued full pay and no redundancies, while finding other roles for affected employees as quickly as possible. HR Diagnostics used JOBMATCHER XL with a job-matching feature to support the reassignment process.
To identify individual strengths and suitable next steps, HR Diagnostics implemented occupational profiling through a comprehensive, several-hour assessment. The resulting personal profiles were matched against occupational profiles to recommend fitting jobs for employees or suitable candidates for open positions. This helped the company make faster, better-informed placement decisions, though the case study does not provide a specific quantitative impact.
