HR Diagnostics worked with a leading medium-sized company that wanted to establish consistent quality and selection standards across its operations in Germany, the Czech Republic, and China. The company needed a recruiting process that allowed local recruiters to manage hiring independently while still giving head office control and reporting, with mobile-friendly support for expats and candidates across multiple languages.
HR Diagnostics implemented JOBMATCHER XL in a specialized configuration with role-based rights, culture-specific questionnaires, online and on-site tests, and integrated work samples and interviews via the mobile MMI® solution on iPads. The result was a fully paperless, standardized application process that removed reliance on external documents like grades and references, improved objective pre-selection through cognitive and personality assessments, and enabled real-time evaluation and storage of results in the applicant management system, along with appreciative feedback for unsuccessful candidates to support re-engagement later.
