HR Diagnostics delivered JOBMATCHER XL with a custom job board, tailored personnel questionnaires, an applicant management system with interview, talent pool, social network, and background-check interfaces. It also added diagnostic pre-selection tools including SPEED, DRIVE, PIA, TAKE5, and LEAD, plus a web-based telephone interview before on-site MMI® interviews, helping streamline candidate screening, reduce unnecessary travel, and support more informed personnel decisions.
