HR Diagnostics supported a large automotive company building a new plant in Mexico, where it needed to recruit about 3,500 employees over four years, starting with blue-collar roles and later apprentices and white-collar positions. The main challenge was to screen more than 60,000 applicants quickly and accurately across Mexican Spanish and English, while accounting for the fact that most candidates would apply via mobile devices.

HR Diagnostics implemented JOBMATCHER XL with appointment management, INVITE invitation management, SMS functionality, and job-matching tools, with all application steps optimized for mobile recruiting. The solution assessed candidates in real time across the hiring process, from pre-selection tests to on-site tests, work samples, and interviews, continuously refining suitability for different job groups and helping recruiters make faster, better decisions while giving applicants more chances to be placed in a suitable role.
