To address this challenge they selected HR Cloud’s Workmates platform to make recognition visible and accessible across the organization.

HR Cloud implemented Workmates with ADP data integration, mobile access for hourly workers, custom value-linked badges, and onboarding/training (13 live sessions plus a 15‑minute new-hire video). The result: Mizkan exceeded its 43% participation KPI, reaching 63% participation, with roughly 1,200 active users, about 12 kudos given weekly and over 400 kudos in the last 30 days—demonstrating measurable gains in recognition and engagement.
