HR Cloud implemented a fast, configurable onboarding process with dynamic forms, bulk uploads, workflow automation, I-9 and E-Verify support, and integrations for payroll and third-party systems. As a result, MCO surpassed its goal by getting 90% of La Senza employees to complete their employee agreements in five days or less, outperforming its original 80% target.
