Martin Riml GmbH is a family-run tourism group in the Tyrolean Ötztal with hotels, mountain cabins, restaurants and sports shops and about 200 employees. As guest expectations and IT needs grew (from POS and booking systems to hotel Wi‑Fi), Riml’s legacy infrastructure could no longer guarantee the availability, performance and scalability required, so the company sought a modern, future‑proof platform.

PEAKNET deployed an HPE SimpliVity 325 (2‑node) hyperconverged solution with HPE StoreEasy NAS and AMD EPYC processors, migrating 25 VMs to an All‑Flash, deduplicated environment. The rollout delivered faster access, higher availability via redundant mirrored storage, simplified centralized management, estimated time and cost savings, and a scalable foundation for future projects and services.
