Transformation Towards a Fully Integrated Digital Learning Environment

Innoventures Education, which operates several prominent schools across Dubai, needed to modernise its wired and wireless network to support a rapidly digitalising learning environment. The group required faster, more reliable connectivity, centralised management across five campuses, robust security for BYOD, and the capacity to support thousands of simultaneous devices and cloud-based teaching tools.

The schools deployed an Aruba solution—Wi‑Fi 6 access points, mobility controllers, campus switches and Aruba ClearPass with OnBoard/OnGuard—which included over 1,000 APs to deliver 100% campus coverage and seamless roaming for more than 10,000 connected devices. The upgrade enabled secure, lag-free access to Office 365 and collaboration apps, streamlined centralised management and automation, reduced support tickets and resolution times, and is projected to cut costs by ~50% over three years while enabling an integrated, anywhere/anytime digital learning experience.
