Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay, the first Steigenberger in the UAE, needed a state-of-the-art wireless infrastructure to meet its brand standards and the expectations of tech‑savvy travelers. The hotel required comprehensive, hotel‑wide free Wi‑Fi across 365 rooms and public areas, support for high‑density connections in meeting spaces and restaurants, and a future‑proof platform for innovation.

Working with Maxtouch Computers, the hotel deployed Aruba 103, 200 and 270 series APs plus two Aruba 7200 mobility controllers and HP core/edge switches, rolling out 422 APs in under a month. The solution simplified central management and troubleshooting, delivered high guest satisfaction with robust coverage and performance, and created a platform for future guest‑facing services and smart‑room innovations.
