Case Study: JUSTWork achieves scalable, secure network-as-a-service and consistent guest experiences with HPE Aruba Networking

A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study

Preview of the JUSTWork Case Study

Reimagining the modern office space through a flexible as-a-service architecture

JUSTWork, a Turkey-based office-as-a-service operator reimagining the workplace with campus-style locations, needed a scalable, data-driven network architecture to support multi-tenant flexibility across 10,000sqm sites and future global roll-outs. The challenge was to deliver uncompromising security and clear segmentation for multiple tenants, centrally manage high-performance Wi‑Fi and wired infrastructure, and integrate smart building and third‑party platforms while offering tiered access rights.

Aruba delivered a cloud-native solution—Aruba Central, ClearPass, Wi‑Fi 6 APs, campus switches, Dynamic Segmentation and Faraday Edge integration—providing unified management, zero-touch deployments and per-tenant secure networks with enforceable SLAs. The platform underpinned the successful launch of JUSTWork’s 10,000sqm Istanbul campus, enabled network-as-a-service offerings, simplified global expansion, supported IoT and data-driven services, and established a resilient, future-ready infrastructure (the Meydan site is already at ~95% occupancy).
