Reimagining the hospitality space through experiences at the Edge

The Student Hotel (TSH) is a hybrid hospitality brand combining student accommodation, co‑working, meetings and events across multiple European locations. Faced with the need to deliver consistent, secure high‑quality connectivity while allowing each site to be flexible and data‑driven, TSH needed a standardized, easy‑to-deploy network that could support rapid openings and enable multi‑dimensional use of space.

TSH partnered with Aruba to deploy a unified architecture—Wi‑Fi 6 and hospitality APs, campus switches, SD‑Branch gateways, ClearPass policy management, UXI sensors and Aruba Central cloud orchestration—to enable zero‑touch provisioning and secure local internet breakout. The result is centralized control of LAN/WLAN/WAN/VPN/firewall, faster site rollouts, actionable space‑usage data to inform PropTech integration and space planning, scalable expansion and significant cost savings from eliminated MPLS contracts.
