Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City, a busy business-focused property, faced guest dissatisfaction with its Wi‑Fi (Medallia score of 7) and needed reliable, high‑density wireless coverage across rooms, meeting spaces and large outdoor terraces that host hundreds of people, while future‑proofing the network for the next five years.

The hotel chose Aruba with local partner EMW and deployed a mix of 802.11ac and 802.11n indoor/outdoor APs, two Aruba 7210 mobility controllers and AirWave for centralized management, installing the system with minimal guest disruption.
