A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
Quadraam, which runs 14 secondary schools across 22 locations in the Netherlands serving over 13,000 students and 1,600 staff, needed to standardize connectivity for a mobile‑first, blended learning environment. Facing end‑of‑life network hardware, reduced onsite IT expertise and tighter budgets, the organisation wanted reliable, secure Wi‑Fi, better visibility into usage, and to remove the operational burden of managing network infrastructure.
Quadraam engaged Wentzo to deliver a Network‑as‑a‑Service using HPE Aruba Wi‑Fi 6 APs, User Experience Insight sensors, Aruba switches and Aruba Central for cloud management. Deployed in phases across all sites, the managed service delivered eduroam, granular usage insight, flexible hardware movement and clear SLAs, reducing TCO, saving staff hours, improving uptime and allowing school IT resources to focus on teaching rather than network maintenance.
