The Legislative Assembly of Espírito Santo, housed in the Palácio Domingos Martins in Vitória, needed high‑performance, secure connectivity to support up to 3,000 daily users across three towers. The government body sought always‑on, fast Wi‑Fi, reliable wired and wireless performance, and a centralized, easy‑to‑manage network to eliminate interruptions and improve the user experience for deputies, staff and visitors.

Aruba provided a solution combining Wi‑Fi and switching infrastructure with ClearPass for authentication and policy enforcement and AirWave for network management. The deployment boosted network quality, speed and capacity, mobilized employees across the towers to increase productivity and collaboration, expanded services for internal users and visitors, and created a platform to add future updates and solutions.
