Ishraq Hospitality, the asset-management and hotel division of the Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group, operates eight hotels in Dubai and plans rapid regional expansion. Facing a booming market and rising guest expectations, Ishraq needed a consistent, secure network that could capture guest insights, integrate third‑party services (payments, locks, AV, PMS) easily, and scale as it rolls out new Holiday Inn Express properties.

Ishraq deployed an HPE Aruba Networking template—Wi‑Fi 6 access points, Aruba switches and cloud‑native Aruba Central—to standardize connectivity across properties. The upgrade delivered access points in every room, IPTV, digital check‑in and app ordering, centralized visibility for data‑driven personalization, and the capacity to support dozens of devices per guest. Result: consistent guest connectivity across four properties, faster new-site deployments (hardware-to-online in days and four properties upgraded in under three months), stronger security and a future‑proof platform endorsed by IHG.
