Case Study: Indus International School achieves secure, reliable campus‑wide Wi‑Fi with HPE Aruba Networking

A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study

Preview of the Indus International School Case Study

Indus International School relies on Aruba to drive excellence in Wi-Fi infrastructure

Indus International School, part of the Indus Trust in Bangalore with over 950 students from 28 countries, needed a reliable, secure and scalable wireless network to support its technology‑driven curriculum and campuswide e‑learning. After early mixed WLAN deployments, the school evaluated vendors on performance, security, manageability, local support and total cost of ownership to find a mission‑critical solution.

Working with Srujan Infotech, Indus deployed Aruba 2400/3200 Mobility Controllers, AP‑61 and AP‑105 access points and the Policy Enforcement Firewall module across its campuses. The Aruba solution delivered Wi‑Fi as stable as the wired network, stronger security that enabled new applications, simpler user‑based policy management and centralized administration—while the school explores Aruba’s VBN to extend remote classroom access.
