Case Study: Betterware achieves faster deliveries, improved supply‑chain visibility and operational efficiency with HPE Aruba Networking

A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study

Preview of the Betterware Case Study

How Betterware is transforming its operations to become Mexico’s leading direct retail home solutions company

Betterware de México, a leading direct-to-consumer home solutions retailer serving about 3 million households, set out to double its market share but faced growing pains: its legacy compute and ERP systems couldn’t keep up with surging orders, slowing order processing and threatening delivery promises of 24–72 hours. The company needed a modern data platform, stronger edge compute and network resiliency to support rapid expansion and maintain distributor and customer service levels.

Partnering with HPE Pointnext, Betterware deployed a hybrid infrastructure—HPE Synergy, Nimble Storage, StoreOnce, HPE SAN switches and Aruba Wi‑Fi 6 networking—plus WMS handheld access and HPE Financial/Installation services. The upgrade eliminated ERP contention, improved supply-chain visibility and inventory accuracy, reduced backorders, enabled deliveries in as little as 24 hours, and helped grow Mexican direct‑to‑consumer market share from 20% to 24%.
