High performance network establishes first-class Wi-Fi to accelerate digital learning across 14 schools in the Netherlands

Quadraam, which runs 14 secondary schools across 22 locations in the Netherlands serving more than 13,000 students and 1,600 staff, faced an aging network just as demand for mobile‑first, blended learning was rising. They needed to upgrade Wi‑Fi infrastructure, gain clear visibility into network usage, and reduce the daily management burden on limited onsite IT resources while keeping costs under control.

Wentzo, an Aruba MSP, delivered a managed Network‑as‑a‑Service using Aruba Wi‑Fi 6 access points, switches, User Experience Insight sensors and Aruba Central in a phased rollout. The solution provided eduroam, granular usage analytics, flexible licensing and clear SLAs, resulting in improved uptime, lower total cost of ownership and freed staff time to focus on teaching rather than network maintenance.
