A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
PQR, a Netherlands–based managed services provider with three decades of evolution into an “everything as a service” advisor, set out to grow service revenues by launching a next‑generation data center offering focused on scale, security‑first design, and operational simplicity. The company’s challenge was to deliver a seamless, automated hybrid data center experience—standardizing ~70% of services while keeping 30% bespoke—while containing operational costs, ensuring auditable security, and supporting cloud‑native workloads.
PQR implemented HPE Aruba Networking CX 10000 switches with AMD Pensando DPUs and HPE Aruba Fabric Composer to enable automated provisioning, zero‑trust microsegmentation and distributed native services across three data centers. The new architecture delivers flexible, consumable managed services with pervasive telemetry, faster onboarding and provisioning, native 800G east–west stateful firewall throughput, and stronger security—cutting expensive firewall costs and TCO by about 50% while improving scalability and operational efficiency.
